Welcome Home is a beautiful, yet functional, home goods store. We specialize in heritage and craft brands. We stock linen for kitchen, bath, and table, culinary tools, and decor for the table & home. We work with brands such as Garnier-Thiebaut, Gien, Casafina, Lafco, Cereria Molla, DeBuyer, Mersea, and more!
We use iPads extensively. All candidates must be very comfortable navigating this technology. All employees are expected to demonstrate mastery of basic functions in our POS Application, Shopify, within the first 3 shifts of employment.

Seasonal Sales Associates
We look for fun friendly folks who love helping people. All candidates must be around and available for Black Friday, Small Business Saturday, and the Sundays between Thanksgiving and Christmas.
All candidates must have….
- Retail experience and a history of cross-category selling
- A passion for design; a strong sense of color and design
- Outgoing yet consultative personality
- Comfort rolling up their sleeves
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent administrative abilities, including Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of local market and customer preferences
- Basic math skills and cash handling experience
- Basic social media experience with common platforms such as Facebook & Instagram

- Lift at least 30 lbs and walk up and down a flight of steps at least 4-6 times a day. Our Easton location has a second floor retail area, and we go up to assist guests throughout the day.
All colleagues are hired with a probationary period to ensure organizational fit. We review performance on a quarterly basis.
